Extension of tenure of the Expert Appraisal Committee (EAC) for Thermal and Coal Mining Projects — regarding. In continuation of the Order Nos. J-15012/1/2007-1A-II(T) dated 9. 12.2016, and 29.05.2017, the tenure of the EAC for Environmental appraisal of Thermal power and Coal Mining Projects in terms of the provisions of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Notification No. S.0.1533(E) dated 14" September 2006 and amendment thereof is hereby extended beyond 08.12.2019 i.e. up to 31.03.2020.
