Subject: Request for moratorium.

Due to the current outbreak of COVID-19 and the ensuing economic and financial difficulties, we are finding it
difficult to pay our Loan Installments/EMIs for the Loan, details where of are inserted in the Schedule below,
granted by Tata Motors Finance Limited (“Company”). I/We would like to request the Company to grant us a
moratorium of 3 months for the payment of our EMIs/Installments (“Moratorium EMIs”), i.e. to say for the months
of March, April and May 2020 (“Moratorium Period”).

I/We acknowledge and confirm that, in consideration of the above, I/we will abide by the following terms:

a. The tenure of my/our Loan will be extended by a period of 3 (three) months;

b. The Moratorium EMIs will be paid by me/us during such extended tenure;
c. I/We will provide NACH mandates for the extended tenure;
d. Interest will continue to accrue on the Moratorium EMIs, during the Moratorium Period and I/We will pay
the Moratorium Interest;
e. Such other term and condition, as the Company may notify me/us in this behalf.

I/We understand and acknowledge that the Company will be granting the abovementioned moratorium as per the
applicable RBI circular/guidelines and the Company’s board approved policy in respect of such moratorium.
