DescriptiveText

Descriptive text is a text which say what a person or a thing is like. It presents information about
something specially.

The purpose of descriptive text is to describe and reveala particular person, animal,place, or thing
specifically.

TheGeneric structure of the text:

- Identification: this part identifies or introduces a particular person, animal, place, or

thing being described.
- Description: this part describes the parts(phisical appearances), qualities, behavior, or
and characteristics.

The Language Feature of Descriptive Text

- Using simple present tense

- Using adjective and classificatiers in nominal group
- Using has or have
