% ANNEXURE ~ A “Terms of Reference for HMIS ~ Software & Handholding Support For Medical College Hospitals, Specialty Hospitals, District Hospitals, Sub-Divisional and State General Hospitals & Central Medical Store and District Reserve Store by M/S Semaphore Computers Pvt. Ltd (SCPL). SCPL WILL PROVIDE: 1. Support and services of IT trained manpower for training and handholding support at each of the Hospitals, District reserve Store and Central Medical Store as detailed in the Manpower Distribution Matrix given below. 2. SCPL will also maintain a team of dedicated professional to maintain the HMIS software as developed both for Hospital and Drug & Equipment Stores, whereby all enhancement and bug fixation will be done from the SCPL computer center. TASKS TO BE TAKEN UP BY SCPL: At the Hospitals & District Computer Center : 1.0 Provide support for maintenance of RDBMS , Operating System , Virus, Connectivity (LAN & WAN ) fault identification , to ensure that the computing resource are operational. 2.0 To provide Technical, Support and User training on the application Software. 3.0 Provide Debugging and Version maintenance of the Software. 4.0 Provide Training to the Hospital Personnel. 5.0 Provide High level Network Management Support at the DCC. At the District Reserve Store & Central Medical Store : 1.0. Provide RDBMS, Operating System, Virus & Connectivity (LAN & WAN) fault identification at the DRS level, to ensure that the computing resource are ~ “operational. 2.0. To provide Technical and User training on the Store functionality 3.0 To ensure that the WEB Based Interface is operational , with daily backup and ensuring the integrity of the database. At Swasthya Bhawan: 1.0 Maintain the Database, Web , and Email system. 2.0 Maintain the HMIS , Store Application Software with Web Enhancement. 3.0 Provide Central Network Management support at the Swathya Bhavan to ensure thé connectivity with all the DCC , Medical College , Specialty Hospitals are maintained. Software Maintenance Activity: A> Hospital Management Software developed in client server architecture using SQLSERVE! as database and Visual Basic as front end, with following modules: Sema. 1. IPD & Medical Records along with Admission, discharge & Death Cycle. 2. Charge collection (General & Pay Clinic ), Purchase Accounting, and Financial Accounting with Bills Payable ( Sundry Creditors) 3. Medicine Store, General Store , Linen Store 77) (Ee S.
