LUNA and her FAMILY are celebrating the DADS 50th birthday
singing and eating chocolate cake.

MATCH CUT TO:

INT. LUNA'S ROOM. DAY

Luna is alone in her room, she picks up a chocolate muffin

with a candle in it from her bedise table and blows it out
alone.

LUNA
(to herself)
happy birthday dad.

Her phone recvies multiple notifications. Luna places her

muffin next to a framed photo of her and her dad.

A message from her FRIEND appers on her screen asking her if

she wants to hang out, a sigh realeses from her as she says
no.

INT. LOUNGE. DAY

Luna gets ready to leave, she goes up stairs to say goodbye

to MUM but sees she is passed out asleep on the couch with an
emoty wine bottle in her hand.

EXT. CAFE. DAY

Luna is alone in her dads favorite cafe, she looks out the
window with sadness as she waits for her HOT CHOCOLATE to
arrive.

FLASHBACK TO:

INT. CAFE. DAY

Luna and her dad are sitting toegather having a laugh while
they drink their hot chocolate.

FLASHBACK END:

INT/EXT CAFE. DAY

Luna is overwelmed and leaves the cafe in a hurry. she runs

out the door not notcing her surrondings. CYRUS is walking

alone with his hood up and head down not taking in his
surrondings.

luna is rushing out and doesnt notice cyrus walking in her

direction, they collide causing luna to drop her phone.

LUNA
(picking her phone up)
watch where you are going, look at
what you've done!

CYRUS
(bendind down to help)
im so sorry, are you ok?

luna stroms off

INT. BEDROOM. DAY

Luna is lying in her bed day dreaming, a notifacation pops up

on her phone with a reminder about her counsciling session
tomorrow.

EXT. COUNSCLING CENTER. DAY

luna sighs as she stands outside the building waiting to go

inside.

LUNA
it wont be that bad

FADE IN:

Luna walks out of the building and makes her way to the cafe
to get a drink.

INT. CAFE. DAY

Luna walks into the cafe and looks around for an empty seat
as she waits for her drink cyrus comes and sits at the seat
opposit her.

well fancy seeing you here.

LUNA
what is that supposed to mean!

CYRUS
calm down it was just a joke, but why
were you so upset the other day?

LUNA
you dont even know my name, yet you
are asking me all these questions.

CYRUS
okay then well my name is Cryus whats
your name?

LUNA
luna, why are you even sitting with
me.

CYRUS
so now that i know your name, can you
tell me why you shouted at me the
other day?

LUNA
sorry about that i just had a lot on
my mind.

CYRUS
well can i take you to a place that u
go when i need to clear my mind.

LUNA
but how do i know thats where we are
acutally going.

CYRUS
just trust me.

EXT. LOOKOUT. DAY

luna and cyrus walk up to the top of the lookout

CYRUS

i know, this is where i spend alot of
my time.

my parents fight alot so i like to
come up here to clear my head.

LUNA
why are you so comfertable with

because you seem liek youre also going

im sorry for the other day, i have
been having a hard time dealing with
my fathers death

im sorry to hear that.

luna and cyrus continue to talk and get to know eachother

while the sun starts to go down.

CYRUS
(looks at the time)
wow its getting late i should walk you
home to make sure you get there
saftley.

luna and cyrus stand up and start to walk back down the hill,
cyrus reaches for her hand.
