SUBJECT : Adoption of Alternative Work Arrangement

This is to reiterate adoption by MGB RO-V of alternative working arrangement as contained

in S.O. No. 2020-25 dated 1 May 2020 and S.O. No. 2020-26 dated 2 May 2020 with the
skeletal Workforce Schedules therein.

Implementation is expected to commence on May 18, 2020, Monday, next week and shall
continue to be in force while Albay-Legazpi City is declared out of Enhanced Community
Quarantine (ECQ) or while the entire Bicol Region is re-classified under a Low Risk
(Minimum Health Standards, no ECQ/GCQ) status or under a state of Modified General
Community Quarantine (MGCQ).

Everybody is reminded of and shall strictly abide by:

1. DENR MC No. 2020-05 dated 12 May 2020 - Adoption of Measures to Ensure Safety
of Personnel and the Continued Delivery of Essential Services under COVID-19
Threat Situation;
2. MGB MO No. 2020-003 dated 4 May 2020 – Interim Guidelines/Protocols for the
Operation of the MGB Offices During the GCQ or New Normal; and
3. Other pertinent issuances.
