Ref: Complaint about faulty television cabinet

Based on the complaint letter with receipt number 2045, shipment note 3470
dated May 5, 2020 which explains that there was damage to your order that
the 30 television cabinets that you have received are damaged.
We apologize for the errors in packing and negligence of our employees
when checking before sending so that many of your orders are damaged. For
this mistake we apologize and pay more attention to your next order.
we will grant your request for the return of the damaged television cabinet at
