to hire a senior technical recruiter to lead the India office’s recruiting and bench sales
efforts. This a great opportunity to join a passionate, values driven and growth oriented

consulting, recruiting and staffing domains.
Job Responsibilities
● Use a variety of recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice etc. to identify technical
candidates who are actively and passively looking
● Given an open role, identify & engage highly qualified candidates in one to two days
● Network with recruiters and account managers from major U.S. based staffing agencies
and IT services providers
● Build a solid pipeline of positions via personal network, job portals etc.
● Engage with employees to assist in onboarding, retention, tapping into their developer
network
An ideal candidate will have the following skills and expertise in:
● Sourcing candidates using job platforms
● Tapping into closed networks of qualified developers
● Have a strong network of Account Managers at Prime Vendors, Bench Sales and
Recruiters
● Clearly articulate our value proposition and convince a qualified engineer to join the firm
● Ability to identify candidates who are likely to clear the technical interview and work with
the firm for a longer period
● Ability to make compensation decisions on the fly to propose a compelling offer to the
candidate
● Ability to find open positions, source candidates, submit profiles and close positions
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build value-driven relationships with all
stakeholders
