IIT Security is advised to be on alert to tackle any adverse situation arising from this natural phenomenon. All campus residents are requested to follow the under mentioned Security Advisory. Ignore rumor, stay calm and do not panic Keep torch/ candle light/ hurricane handy which may be used as and when required. Don’t park your vehicle (2/4 wheeler) under tree and temporary shed. Don’t roam around in the campus if it is not necessary. Prepare an emergency kit with essential items for safety and survival. Switch Off electrical mains and gas regulator in your apartment.
