I chose to talk about stress and the flu.

First i will talk abou stress

This health problema in all people is very common , the most important is to know how to
handle it.

This can influence both physical and psychological.

Symptoms:

Emotional

-Cry, Anxiety , nerves, Tense, angry or impatient

Feel overhelmed

Physical:Headache, Fatigue and Difficulty to sleep

Mental, Social

Worry constant and eat excessively

Conventional treatment

-Visith the psychologist

-Acupunture

The person will feel more relaxed and will sleep better.

Yoga practice

Yoga is a practice for the mind and body that combines physical postures, controlled breathing
and meditation or relaxation . Yoga can help reduce stress.

FLU

It is an illness infectious disease of the respiratory tract caused by a virus.

Symptoms:

Ever, chills, muscle aches, cough, congestion, runny nose, headache and fatigue

CONVENTIONAL TREATMENT

 TAKE A PILL RECOMMENDED BY THE DOCTOR.

ALTERNATIVE TREATMENT
