These questions are just to get you started on figuring out what makes your character tick, it's much
easier to create drama, and know how your character would react to situations if you as a player know
them well.
Answer the ones that appeal to you, maybe add your own, tell me (the DM) anything you want to
about your character, anything that you think makes them more of a living, breathing, character.
How did your parents meet? or How did your birth come about? What is your relationship like
with your parents at the present? What was it like when you were a child?
Perhaps you still send them money when you can, or, did you ever know them at all!? If not, who
raised you? If your character is Tiefling or Genasi (who can have parents from other races) how did
your family react to having a child of the planes? Does it run in the family?

What was your life like growing up? Where did you like to go, or what were some of your
favorite places to be? What did you enjoy doing as a child, especially in the place where you

Don't go into too much detail here, but it helps to think about what might bring your character comfort
and good memories? What sort of child do you think your character was?

what ways has it continued?
Is your character studying to improve any particular skills at the moment? Who are they studying
under? Do they play an instrument, or have any skills in crafting?
