TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STAY CONQUISTADOR

The establishment, HOLLYWOOD BEACH SUITE MANAGED BY REYES, in compliance with the application of the article 32 of the TOURISM
LAW 1558 in The Republic of Colombia, will demand the guests to show their ID document at the moment of check-in, a mandatory
requirement for guest registration in the lodging establishments. The establishment complies with the non-disclosure of the privacy of the
guest’s provided data. In addition, the contact information: Telephone number, Address and E-Mail. At the same time, the GUEST,
compromises to cooperate with the establishment during the time established in its reservation by concept of stay, in policies of:
companions and visitors, number of permitted guests depending on the type of reserved Apartment, service hours, co-habitation rules,
policies of early check-in and late check-out, apartments inventories, registrations, cancelations or confirmed extended reservations.
Also establishes the payment methods to which the guest promises to comply in its reservation; either these are processed in national or
foreign currency; with debit or credit cards, nationals or internationals; and the rules that the establishment demands in order to process
the payments. THE REGISTRATION is a fee which has to be paid in the building where the apartment is located and may not be eligible to be
included as part of the stay payment taking into account the channel of reservation, if it is Booking the guest shall pay its own registration,
if it is a reservation made through Airbnb the ESTABLISHMENT compromises to pay up to a maximum of 25.000 COP for POSEIDON DEL
CARIBE up to a maximum of 7 people. If it is exceeded, an additional fee will be charged by the building for the other guests. As a general
rule, it is established that the time of entry begins at 15:00HRS and the time of exit is allowed until 11:00AM. The GUEST, compromises to
not disclose banking information of the MANAGEMENT provided through e-mails, phone calls, or by private social media about payment
methods or payment requests. The payment requests will be ruled by the banking regulations, which in some specific cases can result in
additional banking fees that will not be shown as the total or partial amount of the stay payment. THE GUEST compromises to pay for any
damage and harm caused to the property and accommodations, apartments inventories, eligible to its say in case that the damages can be
proved at the moment of check-out, whereby, the ESTABLISHMENT will be able to submit photographic evidence or testimony about the
occurred facts and events. Also, the GUEST will not be able to take/move from one room to another, under any circumstances, the
appointed inventory in the assigned room or the one that the GUEST requested in its reservation. THE GUEST will not be able to enter into
the establishment with objects that can be easily used as elements of personal defense nor with white weapons/knives ( DECREE-LAW 217
OF 2015), for these cases, the establishment counts with a security staff and the nearby support of the TOURIST POLICE to respond to any
request if necessary. And HOLLYWOOD BEACH SUITE under none circumstances; as administrative organization of the assigned apartment,
recognizes the guest’s reputation, meaning that this person is under the dependence of the policies and regulations of POSEIDON DEL
CARIBE and its management. THE GUEST will not be able to modify, move, alter nor make changes in the assigned rooms, ways or conduits
at its convenience, nor will be able to change or replace the assigned inventory without the previous request and authorization allowed by
the establishment. THE ESTABLISHMENT, compromises to execute all of its policies in regards legal matters in order to guarantee the
physical well-being of all of its guests. In case that complaints or mistreatments as a result of the GUEST’s behavior are submitted, a
procedure of THREE preventive warnings, if not obeyed, HOLLYWOOD BEACH SUITE does not take any responsibility about it and reserves
the right of admission, whereby the reservation will be consequently cancelled, and an addition to the blacklist will be done. THE
ESTABLISHMENT does not take any responsibility in regards lost valuable objects, nor guarantees any devolution of these, the GUEST
assumes the responsibility of the expenses and losses, and the establishment complies with giving notice. HOLLYWOOD BEACH SUITE does
not establish nor is responsible of the policies assigned to the apartments under its management in agreement with the entities POSEIDON
DEL CARIBE; these management agreements establish policies unreachable by the establishment. HOLLYWOOD BEACH SUITE does not take
any responsibility of minors; these must be accompanied by a responsible adult. HOLLYWOOD BEACH SUITE strictly establishes its policies
about lodging, payments and requests; in the following way:

VISITORS: The visitors will not be able to exceed the maximum amount of people allowed in every apartment. AND IF APPLICABLE, for every
additional visitor or guest they shall pay the corresponding extra fee established by the building. HOLLYWOOD BEACH SUITE does not
benefit from any of the unreachable policies in regards the payments done by the visitors. THE RECEPTIONIST complies with informing at
the moment of Check-in the maximum total amount of guests allowed in the apartment. THE ENTRY OF VISITORS will be regulated by a
schedule established by the building and it is unreachable by the administration or the people involved in the schedule. (Managers,
Reservation Agents or Receptionists). POSEIDON DEL CARIBE: entry is allowed only until 11:00 PM.

CLEANING SERVICES SCHEDULE: The cleaning service is done with previous notice by the guests with one (1) day of anticipation. The
laundry services are included in the apartment, as the apartments already count with the proper appliances for guests to use them as they
prefer.

HOUSE RULES AND ALLOWED SCHEDULES FOR THE USE OF PUBLIC AREAS: After 23:00HRS, high volume stereo noises will not be allowed,
nor parties, birthdays, loud celebrations, etcetera.
Drinking alcoholic beverages will NOT be allowed in the LOBBY area or nearby. It is NOT allowed to smoke in the LOBBY area nor in the
hotel corridors. It is NOT allowed to walk through the LOBBY wearing inappropriate clothes or in underwear, as well as behaving in an
obscene way,
THE GUEST compromises to keep safe the key provided at the moment of Check-in. In case of harm or loss, the guest will have to pay for a
penalty fee of 25.000COP. Air conditioners MUST be always turned off before leaving. It is NOT allowed to hang clothes, towels or other
similar items in the walls, windows or balconies.

LATE CHECK-OUT POLICIES: If you wish to do the Check-out after the pre-established time, a 50% of the amount will be charged if it is
before 17:00, if it surpasses the established time, a 100% of the night stay cost will be charged. (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY). *IMPORTANT:
The guest is aware that the cleaning will be done at the time of Check-Out at 11:00AM, hereby authorizes the establishment to enter
into the apartment after 11:00AM to evacuate and clean the room in accordance with the agreement.

APARTMENTS INVENTORY: THE GUEST compromises to preserve and take care of the inventories within the suites such as: tableware set,
tools, pots, etcetera. THE GUEST compromises to take care of the lingerie, as well as towels and electrical appliances.

ASPECTS TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT: At the moment of Check-Out, the key must be returned to the Receptionist at the Management of
HOLLYWOOD BEACH SUITE.
It is NOT accepted to return the key to other agents in the building POSEIDON DEL CARIBE. THE GUESTS must be accompanied by these at
the moment of Check-Out, therefore, THE GUEST compromises to give notice a few minutes before its time of Check-Out in order to
proceed with the verification of the apartment.

ELIGIBLE FEES FOR DAMAGES AND HARMS: For a special laundry service, minimum of: 20.000COP. Lost towels: 25.000COP. Lingerie:
50.000COP (The fees may vary depending on the importance of the damage).

TO BE FILLED ONLY BY THE GUEST: By signing. I agree with the stay, house rules and charge policies, and I confirm to have read the written
text shown to me at the moment of Check-in, as well as the type of apartment requested or assigned in my reservation.

REMEMBER: ANY HARM OR DAMAGED FOUND AT THE MOMENT OF CHECK-OUT OR DURING YOUR STAY AND THESE WERE NOT
ANTICIPATED TO HOLLYWOOD BEACH SUITE BEFORE LEAVING THE APARTMENT WILL BE CONSIDERED AS HARMS AND DAMAGES AND
THE GUEST AGREEDS TO PAY FOR THE TOTAL COST OF THESE.
