1. POWER SUPPLY
These specifications conform to the IEC standard, CEI IEC 60204-1, 4th edition, 1997-
10.
1.1. GENERALITIES
The HASLER installation must have its own power supply. It must be separate from that
which supplies rotating motors, machines, electromagnetic relays or fluorescent tubes,
etc.
1.2. VOLTAGES
The following nominal voltages are possible for the HASLER equipement (one per
equipment in general)

The possible nominal frequencies are 50Hz and 60Hz. They must respect the following
conditions:

If the power supply is subject to micro power failures, overvoltages or EMI problems
than those mentioned in the technical specifications, it is also necessary to provide:
The internal voltages of the equipment 230 VAC, 24VDC, ± 15VDC, 5VDC and others,
are reserved for the exclusive use of Hasler.
2. TEMPERATURES
2.1. WORKING
+5 °C to +40 °C, the average over a 24 hour period < 35 °C without air conditioning.
2.2. STORAGE
-10 °C to +55 °C, can be as high as 70 °C for periods of less than 24 hours.
3. AMBIENT CONDITIONS
3.1. GÉNÉRAL CONDITIONS
The installation should be in a dry, non corrosive, atmosphere.

• The cable section, the number of conductors, the shielding, the type of cable to be
used, external field and disturbance immunity as well as capacitive norms must be
conform to the specifications shown in the wiring diagrams delivered with the
installation.
5. GUARANTEE CONDITIONS
Non conformance to the above mentioned specifications may result in the annulment
of the guarantee.
