Dear Sir o Madam:

I am writing this letter in order to express my gratitude for all the years of service that the
company has provided to citizens. Expreso El Cerrito has been a good means of transportation,
however in recent years I have disagreed with some buses of the company that present the
transport service in the city. You may wonder why? And it is what I want to express in this
letter.

In recent years, most of the company's buses have been experiencing failures that affect and
contribute to environmental pollution. Citizens have seen how buses expel polluting gases that
we know according to scientific studies have negative impacts on almost all the organs of the
body.

Air pollution brings many risks to public health and the environment, and I believe that this
doesn’t help our planet. Therefore, I ask you, as manager of this company, to evaluate the
quality of the buses that circulate in the city. I hope that when you read this letter you will take
the necessary measures to contribute to the improvement of the environment, otherwise I will
take other measures. I hope to hear from you soon.
