Nowadays, we use technology for almost everything.
We use it to distract ourselves, to communicate and we even use it to learn.
However, if we start thinking about it, we will realize that using
technology can have up and downsides.
Technology can be very useful whether to work or to have fun,
for example if we want to work online or if we want to play computer and phone games, respectively.
But, it can develop a bunch of problems too, for instance,
eyesight, stress and social interaction problems. The fact that we are always on our phone, computer or tablet makes us dependent people. Yes, it might sound weird but sometimes the first thing we do when we wake up is checking our phone, or when we want to search something, we immediately grab our phone or computer to google it.
So, to conclude, to be healthy, mentally or physically, we have to
control the amount of times we use technology, and instead of checking our social media we could take a walk and have more fun.
