Spark Round 2 Problem Statement 

 
Two villages, the Falkreath stronghold and Whiterun Stronghold of Skyrim, have 
been at a food war for centuries. Due to the Dragonborn, this year's rains have 
blessed bountiful harvest onto Whiterun. Reports say that Falkreath has stationed 
soldiers to plunder Whiterun’s granaries in a few months time. 
 
It has been suggested by Farengar Secret-Fire, the Court Wizard, to ponder and 
upgrade the current grain storage facility which is insufficient and lacks 
maintenance. You, being the Thane of Whiterun, have been tasked with this 
responsibility. Switching to the current scenario of India, we face a similar situation 
where surplus production of crops and grains is accompanied by improper facilities 
for storage. Your task is to put forth a case study which highlights the root causes 
and proposes a viable solution. 
 
You have until 26th of October, 2018 to come up with a report. Keep the following 
things in mind: 
● The report should not exceed 2 pages. 
● The report must be written in Arial font with font size 11. 
● Analyse the methods used in other countries and weigh their pros and cons. 
● The solution must be feasible in current scenario of India. 
● The reports should be mailed to outreach@shaastra.org by 23:59, 26th 
October, 2018. 
● The Subject of the email should be of the form : “Spark Round 2 Submission”. 
● The file should be of pdf format, with filename of the form 
“<CityName>_<Participant 1>_<Participant 2>.pdf”.
