ESTUDIO DE CASO
“LA IMPORTANCIA DE APRENDER UN IDIOMA”

 ¿Qué problema de comunicación encontró entre las dos partes?

R/. The problem was that the speakers do not speak English so they translate the
words with the words that are heard the same in their original language changing
completely the meaning of the answers. That is why to have an assertive
communication with someone of a different nationality it is necessary that both
parties have knowledge of the language so that when generating the questions and
listening to the answers we can have a clear and concise information in reference
to the topic of conversation. In the video it is undoubted that the speakers have no
knowledge of the English language unlike the guests who did understand what
they were asking since they were very coherent and clear with their answers.

 ¿La información dada por los locutores fue correcta? Justifique su

respuesta.

R/. No, since they only converted what they believed was correct to what they
managed to understand the answers offered by the guests.

 Enumere otras situaciones similares que conozca donde se presente este

problema.

R/. This situation can be shown when at the time of submitting to a job interview
where one of the requirements is to speak English at the time of presenting the
interview will be evidenced the lack of knowledge in the language.

Another would be to meet someone from another country, because at the time of
engaging in communication will be very little what you can understand.

 ¿Qué concluye de esta situación?

R/. We must try to learn the language that is recognized as a universal language and that is
handled in different areas as social and work. Here we can say that the importance of learning a
language is based.
