Today many young people aim to be independent rather than to take advice on older generations.

In my
view it is sometimes certainly beneficial to take into consideration elder’s opinion especially in case of
relationship problems.

Each day every person is surrounded by many other people, such as relatives, friends, colleges or
classmates. Although it is impossible to get on well with all acquaintances and people around.
Therefore, immatures make many mistakes trying building or maintaining relationship due to lack of
experience. However, older generations have already dealt with all problems like that and may help to
find the right solution to many troubles. They also had the same misunderstandings with friends and
parents which seemed to be so dramatic that time, not so long ago the elders were young workers who
were blaming their boss for injustice. If they just simply tell about the problems that they had during the
youth It will be much more beneficial than trying to deal with everything along.

Another thing that is worth mentioning is work experience. One of the most important steps in
younger’s life is choosing a job. As young people did not have any experience in a new considering job
they can become disappointed with their choice and easily gave up. However, with the help of older
generations they can realize all advantages and disadvantages of the job, decide if it is suitable for them
or not and then make a try. In that case possibility of making the right decision totally increases.

To sum up, I believe that older generations may give much advice useful for young people in many
spheres. In my opinion, it will help younger generations to solve problems in relationship between
people so these advice are worth taking.
