Dear Julia Rogers,

I’m writing to complain about some occasions happened during our package holiday which we bought
for the whole family in order to let our children see real Japanese culture. However, I’m sorry to say that
this holiday did not live up to our expectation.

Firstly, speaking about checking in at the airport, it was rather fast and this point made such a good
expression which had been forgotten after the airport stuff weigh our luggage. We were sure that there
wasn’t any overweigh, actually there was. Our travel agent informed us that the limit is 15 kilos, in
actual fact it was 10. There was not really high tax, however my husband did not plan this extra
payment, as a result we were quite disappointed. It would be nice this tax to be covered by travel
agency because we not warned about that condition.
