2. When your session is over, and if you may want to exit from the meeting due to your internet access is
exhausted, you may leave the meeting.
3. Due to time variable & received more papers, some selected papers have been given to an opportunity to
online present a paper. But all other participant has shown their active participation in the entire meeting;
other then, his/her paper will not be published.
4. You are requested to join the webinar by clinking on the link in the meeting
5. You are requested that do not ask any questions during any sessions and don’t discuss anything.
6. Be in the waiting room of host before 20 minutes of your webinar time.
7. Once the Speaker allow you to join the meeting, mute the speakers of your respective device.
