Statement of the Problem

The recent outbreak of the COVID-19 virus has created a nationwide pandemic and has thrown all of humanity into a
war of survival, with the medical professionals as the frontline combatants. But the regulation of the medical system
itself is far from suitable, leading to further steady worsening of the already alarming scenario. The inefficient and
inadequate PPEs remain a serious obstacle to the proper management of hospitals, placing a dent on the working
efficiency and protection of the professionals themselves. The lack of proper planning in the overall blueprint to deal
with the situation have gotten into a rise in panic and outrage among the public, culminating in much undesired
incidents like lynching of the medical staff within the hospital premises. Thus, a proper hospital management is
required to curb the recurrent problems until the circulation of vaccines begin.
