SUGGESTIONS FOR ONLINE EXAMINATIONS

I Eight strategies to evaluate the final examinations for both UG and


PG students :

a) Examination to be taken at home with virtual supervision:

1) to conduct examination online with the use of Note Book, Note Pad
and upload to server.
2) to write the answers in answerscripts and scan the answerscript and
upload to server.
3) to take multiple choice questions online and the results can be
announced immediately.

b) Examination to be taken at centres with physical supervision:

students to go to a examination centre near their house and follow


the same above three methods. Here physical supervision will be
there with camera.

4) to conduct examination online with the use of Note Book, Note Pad
and upload to server.
5) to write the answers in answerscripts and scan the answerscript and
upload to server.
6) to take multiple choice questions online and the results can be
announced immediately.
7) Students to take examinations at the respective colleges.

c) Allocation of average marks :

8) to allocate average marks based on the previous examination marks.


II Examination for non final year students :

To allow the students to higher semesters on full carry over basis. Later
conduct the examinations making use of the two months vacation of 2019-
2020 and two months vacation of 2020-2021 of the months June and July
to reduce the academic curriculum and make good of the loss of the time
of lockdown period.
