Types of Words
Now you have read “The Enchanted Princess”, can you work on
the words in the story?

You will remember that words come in different types. The most
common are nouns (the names of things), verbs (words for actions)
and adjectives (describing words). Here is an example:

My pet cat (noun) thinks (verb) sardines are delicious (adjective).
