CERTIFIED FACTORY AUDITOR JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Certified Factory Auditor

Department: Quality Assurance Department

Reports to: QA Manager

Purpose: Ensures that all goods are according to adidas standards.

Key Responsibilities: To deliver all adidas merchandise according to the specification for material,
measurements, fit, workmanship, appearance, labeling and packing.

Expectations: Long term employment and must be supported by top Management.

Workplace conditions: Light bulb D65, HSE standards for table height, light, noise, dedicated area.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

 Do Final & Inline audit according to adidas Group AQL plan for workmanship, measurements,
appearance and packing by observing the instructions in the article description, purchase order
and Labeling & Packing Manuals.
 Perform Beautiful Audit by evaluating all products according to Beautiful Product Criteria.
Evaluation needs to be done for same garments which have been selected for AQL inspection.
 CFA (Certified Factory Auditor) has the authority and responsibility to reject orders or goods if
they do not meet adidas accepted quality level.
 All rejected orders must be re- audited and only released orders may be passed to adidas
auditors for inspection.
 Adidas inspection and how to measure methods must be used.
 Collect and record findings of major faults on inspection report according to defect
classification list.
 Compare order to Sealing Sample by taking in to consideration sample comments.
 Compare fabric and color to the approved standards.
 Choose cartons according to adidas packing formula. Minimum 1 carton per size.
 Evaluate defects according to A&B zones.
 Record the number of Beautiful and Non Beautiful garments according to given evaluation
criteria.

Education & Experience & Requirements:

 3 years production experience in supervisor function in related product.

 Must be able to communicate in writing, speaking and reading of local language.
 Strong personality.
