Materials needed for blood sample taking

 5cc ml syringe
 Test tube
 Anticognate Sodium striate 3.8%
 Alcohol
Blood sample
 Tie the arm
 Disinfect and wait until the alcohol diffuses to avoid entrance of alcohol to the blood
system
 Hold the syringe and remove the air first
 Insert the needle( bevel of the needle should be upwards to have constant blood flow)
 Take the blood and put it in a pipit(slowly transverse blood to avoid breakage and
hemolysis of RBC.
 Add sodium striate and mix the solution and put it rest for 1 hr
Result
1. We got 1 ml so our guy is normal

ESR(erythrocyte sedimentation rate)

Materials needed

 ESR pipette
 ESR rack
 Desk tube centrifuge
Procedure
 Fill the ESR up to 0
 Put the ESR in the rack for 1hr
