Place the meat into a deep baking dish and pour wine over it.
Allow the marinaded meat to rest for a few hours. During this
time remember to turn frequently so that the meat can

Remove meat from the marinade and cook well on all
butter.
Place the rack under the meat in the same dish and pour the
marinade over, allowing to simmer 1¥4-2 hours, Take out ready

200g hazelmuts
120g sugar
6 tblspoons coffee
10g cocoa
Ground the hazelnuts then mix with the sugar, add boiled coffee
and cocoa. Mix well. Roll into small balls in the palm of your
hand, then roll in crushed hazelnuts and grated chocolate.

1 orange
Wash the figs, dry them and grind with grinder. Cut the orange peel into

sokom. Zatim se doda naranéina korica, pa se od te smjese
prave male kuglice koje se uvaljaju u kristalni Seer.

300g Seéera
50g oraha
Smokve se iztezu,

5 egg yolks
7 tblspoons sugar
5 thlspoons black coffee
8 tblspoons butter
Mix the egg yolks, coffee and sugar on top of stove in saucepan.
‘When the mixture becomes thick, remove from heat and
continue stirring until cool. Add butter and mix in well.
WALNUT CREAM
200g butter
150g sugar
100ml cream
150g grated walnuts
50mi black coffee
Mix well butter with sugar, add grated walnuts, cold strong black
coffee, whipped cream and mix everything until all blended.
CHOCOLATE CREAM
7 tbispoons of butter
‘50g melted chocolate
‘Mix the butter till soft, add sugar, egg yolks and continue mixing
it becomes light and fluffy, Melt the chocolate and add to
mixture. Continue mixing until blended in.

Clean and peel 1 apple and % a banana. Put in a mixer, add SOml
of milk, 2 tblspoons of sugar, 2 tblspoons of cocoa and 1 tblspoon
of ice. Mix it all in a mixer. Pour the drink in a glass and serve.
AROSA COCKTAIL
‘Mix same amount of Whisky, orange liquer, orange juice in the

ELIN CHOCOLATE LIQUER
YL milk
500g sugar
50g cocoa
300ml rum or brandy
Cook the milk and sugar over a low heat for 30-35 minutes.
Sift the cocoa, mix with a tblspoon of sugar and some milk to
obtain a smooth cream,
Add the cocoa into the hot milk and sugar (it is best to use a
whisk for this) and cook a further 5-6 minutes. Be careful that the
mixture does not burn or stick to the bottom of the pan,
Remove from heat and let cool. Once cool, strain through a fine
strainer or gauze,
To completely cool mixture, add rum or brandy and store until
needed,
EGG DRINK
‘Mix well in a mixer 2 eges, 2 thlspoons of sugar, 1 cup of milk,
4 drops of vanilla essence and pinch of cinnamon. Serve cold
with an ice cube.
GRAPEFRUIT COCKTAIL,
