DTDC PLUS AND BLUE REVISED RATES

Over this last financial year our PEP product has grown significantly which
has helped all the regions to grow their overall business. Particularly the channel
partners have reaped rich rewards with this growth and there has been increased faith
placed on this product. Although we revised the rates for PEP during June last year,
during the past year our costs have taken a significant jump due to the following:

• Continuous hike in fuel prices

• Airline tariffs have skyrocketed and since majority of Plus Air connections are
through Direct Airway Bill the cost has hit us
• We have opened almost double the number of OBC as compared to what we
began with last year in order to give better service for PEP and PTP, and the
increasing airfare costs are putting more and more pressure on the OBC mode
• There has been an increase in the overall delivery charges paid by the
company with the increasing number of PEP bookings

Our constant pursuit of achieving greater excellence in PEP service levels

requires us to bring drastic improvements in the quality and promptness of deliveries.
While at this moment a large chunk of the deliveries in cities are being done by the
company, a greater percentage overall is being handled by franchisees. We want to
bring more focus on that and therefore the time has come to raise the delivery charges.

The following changes will be effective from 1st April 2011:

• Increase in customer tariff of Plus and Blue
• Increase in T/S rates of Plus and Blue
• Introduction of new product Regional Plus to cater to plus bookings within
the region at a pricing that will make it viable
• Increase in delivery charges to Rs.12 for first 500 gms and Rs.6 for Addnl.
