Dear Consul,

I am Kozhemyaka Oksana, ask you to consider opening a six-month visa for

my son Kozhemyak Nikita and my daughter Kozhemyak Anastasia for several trips
to Italy. My visa is valid until April 2020. My husband is very busy at work for now
so he will not be able to join us on our trips. He is glad that I have time to spend
with my children in our trips so he approved our multiple trips for a year.
We would like to visit Italy for the first visit in the autumn season, when
children have school holidays and I have annual paid leave at work. There are a
lot of interesting and cultural places in Italy which are worth to visit and learn
about, so I would like to continue our journey through beautiful Italy on the New
Year's school holidays of Nikita and Anastasia.
We are planning our first trip from 31/10/2019 until 08/11/2019

Medical insurance policies for travel from 31/10/2019 are processed for 9 days, in
accordance with all requirements.
I undertake to draw up insurance policies for each trip.
