Solar energy is radiant light and heat from the Sun that is harnessed using a range of

ever-evolving technologies. An example of this are solar panels.

Solar panels absorb the sunlight as a source of energy to generate electricity or heat.
Hydroelectric power plants capture the energy of falling water to generate
electricity. A turbine converts the kinetic energy of falling water into
mechanical energy.

There are times in the philippines where drought is experienced, mostly on

the season of summer. And with this drought, it becomes a problem in
hydroelectric power plants. As we all know hydroelectric power plants uses
water for developing electricity and because of high heat water evaporates
and reduces the water. Solar power energy is the energy we can get from the
sun, and with the high heat, solar panels can take advantage and absorb the
high too make up for the lost energy in the hydroelectric power plants

Hydroelectric power plants will install several solar panels to either make up
for lost energy or produce more energy than what the company is currently
providing. These panels will be placed near the watery areas or will be
installed with cooling units for prevention of overheating. This will be
mandatory implementation for all big hydroelectric companies and be an
optional addition to smaller companies
