CASE #885678
DECEASED: ROGER LIM BENG CHEE
AGE: 72 YEARS HEIGHT: 165cm

CAUSE OF DEATH: STAB WOUND ON THE LEFT CHEST
As examined, body parts are soft and friable, falling apart with any manipulation or

coagulated blood in the left upper chest. Its volume is difficult to estimate secondary
spread decomposition but it appears to be quite localised.

are located 6.0 cm from the vertebral end and are therefore approximately 2.0 cm
away from the mid- anxillary line.

cocaethylene, with negative EMIT barbiturates screen.
3. Ocular fluid:
Ethanol, 0.54 gm%.
GENERAL APPEARANCE
The body is that of a well-developed, well-nourished, adult Chinese man who
appears the stated age of 72 years. Body height is 165cm, and body weight is 68kg.
At autopsy, rigor mortis is approximately 12 hours from time of death; livor mortis is
posterior and slightly blanching; the body is cool to touch. Artifacts of decomposition
are absent, and evidence of medical and postmortem care is absent. There is
obvious evidence of sharp-force injury that is definitive in causing death.
