Earth resistance meter:

The ground resistance meter is battery powered and has a timer function (e.g. 3
minutes), a Data-Hold function, has a multi-position LCD display... The ranges of the
meter against ground are 20, 200 and 2000 ohms, and have a resolution of 10 / 100
mΩ / 1Ω.

Energy meter:
An electrical consumption meter is a device whose objective is to monitor the electrical
energy consumption of a device or apparatus of appliances. You will be able to know
how to consume a system, a computer or your entire home and discover where it can
save energy.
