Mango Shake

Ingredients

1/2 cup cold water

1/2 cup sugar

2 large Philippine mangoes slightly yellow and firm

1/2 cup evaporated milk

2 to 3 cups ice

Instructions

In a sauce pot over medium heat, combine water and sugar and bring to a boil. Lower heat to low and
continue to cook, stirring constantly, for about 3 to 5 minutes or until sugar is completely dissolved.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.

Peel mangoes and slice edible flesh from pit. Cut flesh into chunks.

In a blender. combine simple syrup, mangoes, milk and ice. Process until smooth
