If you can’t access your email account try the following:

1. If you are using Windows make sure your system is up to date (check for Updates and
don’t forget to reboot if necessary)
2. Restart your Browser and try again
Don’t forget to use outlook.com/Karlshochschule.de or mail.karlshochschule.de
(outlook.com doesn’t work anymore!)
3. If it still doesn’t work, try the Internet Explorer version 8 upward

If you still can’t access your emails, please write to support@karlshochschule.de and
give us some more information about your Operating System (Mac OS 10.5, .6…,
Windows XP, Vista, 7 or 8) and your Browser (name and version).
