VIDEO CONFERENCE SCRIPT

JPIA President: Good evening everyone. (Pause for their response). I appreciate you for
your participation tonight. To be able to avoid interruption while I am discussing, it
would be highly appreciated if you turn off your television and music.
(Short Pause)
JPIA President: To somehow have a meeting while we cannot conduct a physical and
face to face conference, let us use this online platform to discuss and propose potential
JPIA activity that we will be having when the classes are resumed. Also let us discuss
what are the possible sources to fund this activity. I expect to hear your ideas and
opinions. After, let us make a decision and choose what is the best possible activity to
be conducted when the classes are resumed.
(Sharing of ideas and opinions are being held with participants.)
JPIA President: Giving free disposable gloves and alcohol to students as an activity is a
good idea to be able to prevent the spread of coronavirus in the university. I hope the
mayor will approve and fund this activity.
(Other matters.)
(We need an entertainment so the song bird will sing.)
JPIA President: Nice call everyone. I hope to meet you at the university for the activity.
Be safe. Thank you for your cooperation, goodnight. (Hang up)
