professional and state of art Electronics equipments requires P r o b a t i o n a r y
Engineers ( Computer Science) o n u r g e n t b a s i s for its Kotdwara Uttarakhand Unit.

QUALIFICATION: First class B.E./B.Tech degree in Computer science/ Computer


science and Engineering from a recognize University/Institute approved by AICTE
/Technical Board.

MAXIMUM AGE LIMIT: 25 years as on 01.11.2010. Upper age limit is Relaxable by 03


years in case of OBC candidates and 05 years in case of SC/ST candidates.

EMOLUMENTS: Pay Scale- `.16400-3%-40500/- (CTC:- approximately 5.5 lacs). In


addition to Basic Pay other allowances like Dearness Allowance, HRA, Area Allowance,
Conveyance Reimbursement, Leave Travel Assistance, Professional Development
Allowance, reimbursement of medical expenses, PF, Gratuity etc. will be part of the
remuneration package under Cafeteria Approach, In addition, the executive will be
eligible for vehicle loan, annual advance, interest subsidy on housing loan and Group
Insurance as per Company rules. In addition to this, Performance Related Pay (PRP) is
also paid as per the Company policy.

MODE OF APPLICATION: Dully filled Application form (available on the web site)
should be accompanied by a crossed DD of `.300/-(non refundable) for GENERAL/OBC
and `. 50/- for SC/ST (PHP exempted) candidates drawn on any scheduled bank in
favor of ‘Bharat Electronics Limited, Kotdwara’. Enclosing attested copies of all
relevant certificates. Should reach to The Manager (Human Resource &
Administration), Bharat Electronics Ltd., Kotdwara, District: Pauri Garhwal
(Uttarakhand) Pin– 246 149 on or before 15.12.2010. No other mode of payment will
be accepted. Candidates employed in Govt. /Quasi Govt. / PSU’s should apply through
proper channel or produce NOC at the time of test / interview.

Note: BEL reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts


based on requirement. BEL reserves the right to debar/disqualify any candidate
at any stage of the selection proceedings, for any reason whatsoever. BEL
reserves the right to cancel the advertisement and/or the selection process
there under. Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification. Merely
satisfying the eligibility norms do not make a candidate entitle for
Test/Interview. BEL Management reserves the right to call only the requisite
number of candidates for the Written Test / Interview by deciding Cut-off marks.
