Writing an introduction for Your thesis

An introduction means what is your project, what problem will the project try to solve and what its
impact it will be.
As we have already discussed the dissertation should be based on any problem you are trying to
solve in a given sector. Do not confuse on writing your introduction with all the technical specs like
java is a great and most powerful godlike technology. You have the right to use any tool you feel is
appropriate for your project. You will be given marks not for using the tool but on the argument on
why you have used the tool or technology although the choice of getting a job increases with the
selection of tools and technology.
If you want to have a career in banking or health sector or telecom any big organization, then your
selection on the tools and technology will greatly influence the employer’s decision. If you choose
an enterprise tool which you can get for free if you are a student other than using open source tools,
then that has great impact. But for academic purpose and for marks only the argument you provide
to justify will be sufficient.
Back to the introduction
When writing an introduction first you have to identify the sector like healthcare and the problem
you are trying to solve because it’s a personal problem and the proposed solution which will try to
solve the problem. Try to represent the problem and solution and the technical specifications
graphically.
Then above are the samples of diagrams that can be included in the introduction part.
Even looking at the picture should justify the problems you are trying to solve using what.
