Constitution of Kyrgyzstan
The people of Kyrgyzstan, following the legacy of their ancestors
about peace and harmony, about the rights of their citizens, about
freedom and choice, the desire to create their own country with
freedom, national unity, economy and culture, made their own
constitution of Kyrgyzstan
The Kyrgyz Republic is an independent, unitary, democratic republic.
Sovereignty extends to the entire territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, where
the laws of this country apply. People is the only source of state power,
they choose their representatives in the person of the President, deputies
and many others. Only the President and Parliament can act on behalf
of the people of Kyrgyzstan. Elections are held freely and secretly, and
those who have reached 16 years of age can vote. The Kyrgyz Republic
protects all types of freedoms and property of a person or organization,
all types of resources located on the territory of Kyrgyzstan
The state language of the Kyrgyz Republic is Kyrgyz. The official
language is Russian. Kyrgyzstan guarantees that none of the
nationalities located in the country will not be infringed on any sorts of
rights. Each person can learn two languages, and he will always be
helped with this.
