Course Description
This is an entry level course that will provide the student with a basic foundation of
what the fundamentals of Yoga are.  This class will aid you to understanding the
basic history and concepts of yoga, the types of yoga and who/what they are best
suited for, and the health benefits of practicing yoga.

Course Objectives
1. To understand the basics of yoga
2. To learn the basic history of yoga
3. To understand the different types of yoga
4. To learn what types of yoga are good for what purposes
5. To learn how yoga can benefit your physical health
6. To learn how yoga can benefit your mental health
7. To learn how yoga can benefit your spiritual health
