Sir,
With due respect I beg to submit before you that I am a student of 1 st year B.B.A
LL.B(Hons.) in your prestigious institution. I am a day scholar, and thus do not avail the
facilities of hostel, and mess.
Therefore I request you to either adjust this year’s hostel and mess fee in the next year’s
annual fees, or to refund the money as per your convenience. For this effort of yours, I shall
always be greatful.
