THE COMPANY
Established in 1985, the company is one of the leading international groups in the fast
moving consumer goods sector. The founder, Mukesh tata, has always been the creative
and stylistic source of all the brand’s activities as well as the drive behind the
development strategies which are based on balanced growth on a global scale, focusing
on the core business.

To date, the brand is present in 10 countries worldwide with a network of 251 mono-brand

COMPANY’s transactions but is only a record of the transactions made that
are required to be published by the COMPANY.

Regarding the main economic figures for the fiscal year 2012/2013, closed on 31 March
2013, wholesale revenues achieved by the COMPANY and by licensee partners, are
equal to 1,416.5 million rs
On the same date, the consolidated revenues recorded by the Company amount to 1,120
rs The overall personnel include 3,439 members and the directly operated mono-brand
distribution network includes 91 stores, as well as 20 factory outlets. Other circumstantial
costs include;
