September 28, 2019, Saturday was our fifth day of community service in Molundo, Lanao del Sur.

But as
for this day, we did not spend our time in the said municipality for such reason that we needed to
finalize our gathered data for our data boarding.

We together with the other teams as well as our clinical instructor Sir Alibasher Macalnas worked
together to finalize our gathered data. Our clinical instructor oriented us on how we are going to layout
our ring bound that is going to be our major requirement in our subject in Community Health Nursing.
The orientation was done during the whole morning of the day and we spent the afternoon time of the
day by consolidating our data.
