Homebrew rules new Campaign

1. The DM rolls Death saves for the players when they go unconcious.
2. When rolling extra HP during level up, they have the option to roll the dice or
pick the average. They can reroll 1's.
3. Drinking any potion as an action allows you to to get the full effect, drinking
it as a bonus action you get half the effect from it.
Example: Potion of strenght increases Strenght score for 1 hour when used as an
action, but half an hour when used as a bonus action. For healing potion when you
use an action to heal with a potion you gain maxium hitpoints, as bonus action you
roll the appropiate dice.
4. On a crit, you automatically max the original damage dice. This helps make crits
feel more impactful and honestly, epic and satisfying.
Example: Longsword dice is a D8, on a crit you you deal 8+1D8+modifiers damage.
For monsters I as DM will roll for it, call it players advantage.
5. There will be no flanking rule'
6.Healers kit dependency, a character cant spend hit dice after finishing a short
rest until someone expands one use of a healers kit
