RE: REQUESTING ALLOWANCE

I Mr. Maion a teaching staff of Warangoi Secondary would like to bring to your concern regarding the
above matter. I am a released teacher from Western Highlands Province and now currently engaged
with Warangoi Secondary teaching Gr 11 and 12 Physics. As a released teacher I will be put off pay plus
my wife is also a new graduate who is not on pay. I have other responsibilities apart from work to look
after my siblings and also put food on the table.

I want to thank the school for buying food and gave a allowance of K30 last time. I as a day teacher with
my wife (Ms Henry) spent k150 for bus feer every two weeks, compared that to the k30 allowance I as a
family guy with two kids I don't think I'll survive for two weeks.

However, Our welfer as a teacher serving this school is very important. I humbly requsting the school to
help me and my wife with k300 forth nightly allowance with an agreement that we will repay the school
once my wife (Ms Henry ) is on pay.I believe if the school want changes and be competitive with other
schools in ENB teachers Welfer is one important key factor. We are the once on the ground who will
produce academic excellence for the school.
