Case Study : The Un-representative Representatives

Sometimes choosing a representative in a group is the most critical part in a way that your
trust between them is 100% trustworthy.
Trust is easily to give in, once that person is good to you. But once that person failed to
equalize it, that will turn into chaos.

In this case, we will tackle about trust and unity in work. The way to amplify the production
of the company is to unite with other colleagues, why? Because, you have only one goal, to
succeed in a task and to have great production.

Therefore, we found out that these are one of the keys to have a successful work and always
ponder the two words, Trust and Unity.
