Case Study : I Know My Place

Assuming that I am in Sam's position, Maintenance Engineer. I know that in a

company there are different levels of position. But in Sam's case, he just wanted to
learn some new things from other people with different profession.

Being innocent sometimes may misunderstood by other people, most especially to

your seniors. It is not necessarily mean that if I myself would break down the barriers
between different groups, they will participate in good way. Maybe a few but not all
employees because of the hierarchical structure within the organization.
Unless it is an open organization wherein there's a staff participation from top to
bottom line.

So now, I conclude that being in an organization, I must consider first the scenario of
organization and in that manner I will be aware on what place do I belong.
