Dear sir,

I am writing to complain about an incident that happened at your department store last week while I
was shopping. I was unsatisfied for several reasons and I feel that I should express my complaints in
hope that they will be addressed in the future.

My first complaint is related to the way I was treated while shopping at the store. I was wrongly accused
of shoplifting, despite the lack of evidence. The assistant which had done so, was very rude and
aggressive towards me. Furthermore, when I tried to explain myself and try to make a sense of what was
happening, she refused talking politely and kept screaming obscenities and threating to call the police.

To add to this, the assistant calmed down only after another costumer, who was disturbed by what was
happening decided to step in and try and calm her down. After all this I was finally declared innocent
after the employee looked again on the security camera footage. Despite being falsely accused, I was
not even given an apology after this whole incident. To add insult to injury, the assistant promptly told
me to leave the store and to not return as she will inform the authorities if I do so.

I feel that this is one of the worst customer support that I have ever encountered and I expect to receive
a written apology from your employee in the following week or I will contact a lawyer and will take legal
action because of the inhumane way I was treated in your store.
