1. Academy of Sciences of Moldova - established in 1946, is the main scientific


organization of the Republic of Moldova and coordinates research in all areas of science

2. Appendix - supplementary material usually attached at the end of a piece of

3. Authentication - authentication is the process of confirming the correctness of the

5. Availability - availability is the need to ensure that the business purpose of the system

7. Center for Public Studies - organization established in 1984 to provide technical
research, consulting and development services to public-sector agencies in the United

8. Charter of the United Nations - is the foundational treaty of the United Nations,

9. Conference of National Armaments Directors (CNAD).- is the senior NATO
committee responsible for promoting the cooperation between countries in the armaments

10. Crisis management is one of NATO's fundamental security tasks. It can involve military
and non-military measures to address the full spectrum of crises – before, during and

14. Civil Emergency Message (SAME code: CEM) is a warning issued through
the Emergency Alert System (EAS) in the United States to warn the public of a

17. The Euro-Atlantic Disaster Response Coordination Centre: The Euro-Atlantic

21. Headquarters -  is/are the locations where most, if not all, of the important functions of

22. Helsinki Final Act -  was the final act of the Conference on Security and Co-operation in
Europe held in Finlandia Hall of Helsinki, Finland, during July and August 1, 1975. Trad.

50. The NATO Standardization Office (NSO) (former NATO Standardization
