Cheeseburger

Ingredients:
- 1 kg ground beef or beef-pork mixture
- An egg beaten
- A small onion, finely chopped
- A bigger pickle chopped (3 tablespoons)
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 teaspoons Worcester sauce
- 4-5 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons dried chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for grill
Of all ingredients (except oil) I kneaded mixture for meatballs. I did then we ball

putem pune capacul cheeseburger-ului.
