The composition of the inner planets is mainly high melting


point minerals, such as silicates which form the crust and
sheathing, and metals such as iron and nickel which form the
nucleus.

Three members of the inner planets, namely Venus, Earth, and


Mars have an atmosphere, have meteor craters and tectonic
surface properties, such as volcanoes.

Whereas in general, Outer Planet has the following


characteristics.

1. The average has a giant size


2. Most are composed of gas or air
3. Spin faster on the axis.
4.Has a ring that surrounds the planet
5. Longer evolved time
