Installation Guide

iPhone & iPad

Requirements:

PTCL Smart TV App (iOS version)

PC / Laptop
iTunes installed on your PC/Laptop
iPhone or iPAD
1. Download the iOS application from iTunes and save on your desktop.
2. Downlaod and install iTunes on you PC / laptop.
3. Open iTunes on your PC/Laptop.
4. Connect your iPhone or iPad with you PC using the cable.
5. The device wil be detected by your iTunes (as shown in pic below).

6. Through this drop down menu, Click on the “Apps” (as shown in pic below)
7. The following page will open in iTunes (as shown in pic below).

Now simply drag and drop “PTCL Smart TV” application into this area from where you
saved it (desktop).

8. This is how it will look like once the app is successfully copied to iTunes (as shown in
pic below)
9. Now click on the device again (as shown in pic below)

10. Click the “Install” button (as shown in pic below)

11. Press Apply button (as shown in pic below)

12. Now press the sync button (as shown in pic below)

Done.
Open your iPhone or iPad and enjoy the services of PTCL Smart TV Application.
